Armanino Foods of Distinction hikes dividend by 9.1%

Armanino Foods of Distinction Inc. (AMNF) will hike its quarterly dividend by 9.1 percent to $0.03 per share in Q2 of 2021. The next dividend will be payable to shareholders of record on April 29, 2022. The next ex-dividend date for AMNF is July 7, 2022. Armanino Foods of Distinction, Inc. is an international food company that manufactures and markets frozen Italian specialty food items such as pestos, sauces and filled pastas to the foodservice, retail, and industrial markets. In addition to a classic Basil Pesto Armanino offers other flavors such as Cilantro, Dried Tomato & Garlic, Roasted Red Bell Pepper, Southwest Chipotle, Artichoke, Roasted Garlic, Light Basil Pesto, Chimichurri, Bolognese and Alfredo sauce. Armanino’s organic line includes classic Basil Pesto. Armanino Foods also offers cheese shakers, frozen pastas and meatballs.

Williams-Sonoma hikes dividend by 9.9%

Specialty home products retailer Williams-Sonoma (WSM) will raise its quarterly cash dividend by 9.9 percent to 78 cents per share in 2022. The year 2022 will mark 16  consecutive years of dividend increases by WSM. A new annual rate of $3.12 per share yields 1.9% to Williams-Sonoma shareholders at a stock price of $157. The next quarterly WSM dividend is payable on May 27, 2022, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on April 22, 2022. Industrial gases company Linde raises dividend for 29th year in 2022

Linde plc, formerly Praxair, will raise its quarterly dividend by 10.4 percent to $1.17 per share in 2022. This will mark the 29th consecutive year of dividend increases by the industrial gases company.

American Financial pays special dividend

American Financial Group, Inc. (AFG) will pay another special dividend of $2.00 per share on March 22, 2022. American Financial Group is an insurance holding company, based in Cincinnati, Ohio. Through the operations of Great American Insurance Group, AFG is engaged primarily in property and casualty insurance, focusing on specialized commercial products for businesses. Great American Insurance Group’s roots go back to 1872 with the founding of its flagship company, Great American Insurance Company. American Financial Group has paid an uninterrupted dividend to its shareholders every year since at least 1986.

Waste Management hikes dividend by 13%

Waste Management (WM) will raise its quarterly dividend by 13 percent to 65 cents per share in 2022. This comes after a dividend hike of 5.5 percent to $0.575 per share in 2021. This marks the 19th consecutive year of higher dividends paid by WM. The increased WM dividend is payable March 31, 2022 to stockholders of record on June 3, 2022 with an ex-dividend date of March 16 for Waste Management. A new annual dividend of $2.60 per share yields 1.6% at a stock price of $159. Dividendhike.com has calculated that WM will now pay an estimated total annual dividend of $1.088 billion to shareholders. S&P Global (ticker symbol SPGI) will raise its dividend by 10.4% to 85 cents per share quarterly in 2022. This is the 49th consecutive year of dividend increases by the company.
