Ingredion hikes dividend by 1.6%

Ingredion Incorporated (INGR) will raise its quarterly dividend by another 1.6 percent to 65 cents per share in 2021. This matches last year's dividend hike by INGR and marks the 11th consecutive year of annual dividend increases by Ingredion based on calendar years. The next INGR dividend of 65 cents is payable on October 25, 2021, to stockholders of record at the close of business on October 4, 2021. A new annualized rate of $2.60 per share yields 2.9% at a stock price of $89.  Ingredion Incorporated is a global ingredient solutions provider. The company is principally engaged in the production and sale of starches and sweeteners for a wide range of industries. Dividend Aristocrat McDonald's (MCD) will hike its dividend by seven percent in 2021, marking 45 consecutive years of dividend increases. The new dividend yield for MCD is 2.3%.

American Financial Group pays special dividend

American Financial Group, Inc. (AFG) will pay another special dividend of $4.00 per share. The insurance holding company last raised its quarterly dividend by 12 percent to 56 cents per share in August.  The dividend is payable on October 5, 2021, to holders of record on September 28, 2021. The aggregate amount of the payment to be made in connection with this special dividend will be approximately $340 million. This special dividend is in addition to the Company’s regular quarterly cash dividend last paid in July 2021. AFG recently announced a 12% increase in its regular quarterly cash dividend to $0.56 per share, beginning in October 2021. BancFirst hikes dividend by 5.9%

BancFirst Corporation (BANF) will raise its quarterly dividend by 5.9 percent to 36 cents per share in 2021. This follows a dividend hike of 6.3 percent to 34 cents per share in 2020 and will mark the 28th consecutive year of annual dividend increases by the financial services company. The next BANF dividend is payable October 15, 2021, to shareholders of record on September 30, 2021. A new annualized dividend rate of $1.44 per share yields 2.6% at a stock price of $55. Lamar Advertising hikes dividend by 33.3%

Lamar Advertising (LAMR) will raise its quarterly dividend by 33.3 percent to $1.00 per share. This is the second dividend hike by the outdoor advertising company in 2021. Last year the dividend was cut from $1.00 to $0.50 per share. The next dividend is payable on September 30, 2021 to stockholders of record on September 20, 2021. A new $4.00 per share annual dividend rate yields 3.5% at a stock price of $114. Lamar Advertising had previously hiked its dividend 5 consecutive years.
