Community Healthcare Trust hikes dividend by 0.5%

Community Healthcare Trust (CHCT) hikes the dividend by 0.5% to 47.5 cents in Q4 of 2025.

This is the fourth dividend hike in 2025 by CHCT and marks 10 consecutive years of increases.
