Realty Income hikes dividend by 0.2%

Dividend Aristocrat Realty Income (O) will hike its dividend by 0.2% to $0.2715 monthly. The yield for O is 5.5% at $59.27. This marks the third dividend hike in 2026 for a total increase of 0.6%. Realty Income has now raised its dividend 32 consecutive years.
