Texas Instruments hikes dividend by 7%
Texas Instruments (TXN) raised its quarterly dividend by 7.0% to $1.52 per share on September 17, 2026, marking its biggest dividend increase since 2022.
The latest increase extends Texas Instruments' dividend growth streak to 23 consecutive years. At a share price of $266.64, TXN has an annualized dividend yield of approximately 2.3%. The ex-dividend date is October 30, 2026.
Texas Instruments has now increased its dividend for 23 consecutive years. The 7.0% increase in 2026 is the largest since the 7.8% hike in 2022 and represents an acceleration from dividend increases of 4.4% in 2025, 4.6% in 2024 and 4.8% in 2023. TXN delivered double-digit increases of 12.7% and 13.3% in 2021 and 2020, respectively.
TXN shares have gained approximately 52% in 2026. At $266.64, the stock trades at an estimated P/E ratio of 31 for fiscal 2026. Revenue is expected to grow 23.8% to approximately $21.9 billion in 2026, while analyst estimates provided for the company indicate at least double-digit annual revenue growth in the coming years.
