Texas Instruments hikes dividend by 7%

Texas Instruments (TXN) raised its quarterly dividend by 7.0% to $1.52 per share on September 17, 2026, marking its biggest dividend increase since 2022.

KLA Corp hikes dividend by 21.1%

KLA Corp hikes dividend by 21.1% to $2.30 quarterly in 2026. This marks 17 straight years of dividend growth by the Dividend Hero. The yield for KLAC is 0.5% at $1,888. KLA Corp will also do a 10:1 stock split early June.

Qualcomm hikes dividend by 3.4%

Qualcomm hikes dividend by 3.4% to $0.92 quarterly in 2026. This marks more than 20 consecutive years of increases by QCOM. The yield is 1.6% at $238.

Analog Devices hikes dividend by 11.1%

Analog Devices hikes dividend by 11.1% to $1.10 quarterly in 2026. This brings the track record for ADI to 23 consecutive years of increases. ADI is one of the Dividend Heroes in 2026.

Ingram Micro hikes dividend by 5.3%

On October 30, Ingram Micro Holding Corp (INGM) announced a 5.3% increase in its quarterly dividend to $0.08 per share. 

Texas Instruments hikes dividend by 4.4%

On September 18, 2025 Texas Instruments (TXN) announced a dividend hike of 4.4% to $1.42 quarterly per share. This marks the 22nd consecutive year of increases by the semiconductor giant. It also is the smallest increase in more than a decade.

Qualcomm hikes dividend by 4.7%

Qualcomm (QCOM) will hike the quarterly dividend by 4.7% to $0.89 per share in 2025. This marks 22 consecutive years of increased dividends. The dividend yield is 2.3% at a stock price of $158.

Analog Devices hikes dividend by 7.6%

Analog Devices (ADI) will raise its quarterly dividend by 7.6% to 99 cents per share in 2025. This marks the 22nd consecutive year of increases by the semiconductor company. The yield for ADI is 1.8% at a stock price of $220.

Power Integrations hikes dividend by 5% (12th consecutive year of increases)

Semiconductor company Power Integrations (POWI) will raise its quarterly dividend by 5 percent to 21 cents per share Q4 of 2024. This marks 12 consecutive years of increased dividends. The dividend yield for POWI is 1.3% at a stock price of $66.30.

Microchip Technology announced 4th dividend hike for 2024

Microchip Technology (MCHP) will raise its quarterly dividend by another 0.2 percent to $0.455 per share. This is the 4th small dividend hike in 2024 and marks 22 years in a row of increased dividends by the semiconductor company. Dividend growth however has slowed down for MCHP this year with a total increase of just 3.6%.

Texas Instruments hikes dividend by 4.8%

On September 21, 2023, Texas Instruments Incorporated (TXN) announced that it will raise its quarterly dividend by 4.8 percent to $1.30 per share. This marks 20 consecutive years of dividend growth by the semiconductor company and follows a dividend hike of 7.8 percent to $1.24 per share in 2022.  The higher TXN dividend will be payable November 14, 2023, to stockholders of record on October 31, 2023, contingent upon formal declaration by the board of directors at its regular meeting in October. The next ex-dividend date for TXN is October 30, 2023. At a stock price of $160.90 the dividend yield for TXN is 3.23%. The increase is consistent with TI's long-term objective for dividends by providing a sustainable and growing dividend and reflects the company's continued commitment to return all free cash flow to its owners over time. On September 15, 2022, Texas Instruments Incorporated (TXN) announced that it will raise its quarterly dividend by 7.8 percent to $1.24 per share. This marks 19 consecutive years of dividend growth by the semiconductor company and follows a dividend hike of 12.7 percent to $1.15 per share in 2021.  The higher TXN dividend will be payable November 15, 2022, to stockholders of record on October 31, 2022, contingent upon formal declaration by the board of directors at its regular meeting in October. The board of directors also authorized the company to repurchase an additional $15 billion of its common stock over time. This is in addition to approximately $8.2 billion of previously authorized repurchases that remained at the end of June 2022.  A new annual dividend rate of $4.96 per share yields 3.0% to TXN shareholders at a stock price of $163. Qualcomm hikes dividend by 10.3%

As previously announced Qualcomm (QCOM) will raise its quarterly dividend by 10.3 percent to $0.75 per share in 2022. This comes after a hike of 4.6 percent to 68 cents per share in 2021 and marks the 19th consecutive year of dividend increases by the technology company. This new dividend hike for 2022 is the biggest by QCOM since 2016. The next dividend is payable on June 23, 2022, to stockholders of record at the close of business on June 2, 2022. Texas Instruments hikes dividend by 12.7%

Texas Instruments Incorporated (TXN) will raise its quarterly dividend by 12.7 percent to $1.15 per share in 2021. This follows a dividend hike of 13.3 percent in 2020 and marks the 18th consecutive year of dividend increases in a row by TXN. The higher TXN dividend will be payable November 15, 2021, to stockholders of record on November 1, 2021, contingent upon formal declaration by the board of directors at its regular meeting in October. The company states that this dividend increase is an integral piece of TI's disciplined approach to capital management and reflects the company's continued strength in free cash flow generation and its commitment to return excess cash to stockholders.
