Oil-Dri hikes dividend by 16.1%
On June 4, 2025, Oil-Dri announced a dividend increase of 16.1% to $0.18 quarterly per share. This marks the 22nd consecutive year of increases by ODC.
Earlier this year ODC did a stock split with the stock trading at an all time high currently. Last week ODC reported their highest Q3 results ever, with investors loving every bit of it. What we like is the 16% dividend hike which is much higher than the previous years.
Oil-Dri Corporation raised its quarterly dividend by 2.5 cents, marking 22 consecutive years of growth. The new dividend is $0.18 per Common share and $0.135 for Class B shares. Dividends are payable August 22, 2025, to shareholders on record as of August 8. At a stock price of $54.82 the dividend yield for ODC is 1.3%.
Oil-Dri Corporation of America is engaged in developing, manufacturing and/or marketing sorbent products. While granular clay floor absorbents were Oil-Dri’s founding product, it has since diversified its portfolio to include both consumer and business to business product offerings that supply pet care, animal health, fluids purification, agricultural ingredient, sports field, industrial and automotive markets. The company's business segments are Retail and Wholesale Products Group and Business to Business Products Group. Oil-Dri, originally founded in 1941, was incorporated in 1969 and has paid cash dividends continuously since 1974.
