Accenture's latest 4.9% dividend increase is its smallest in at least seven years. The company previously delivered six consecutive years of double-digit dividend growth, including increases of 10.1% in 2025, 14.7% in 2024 and 15.2% in 2023.
Dividend growth peaked at 15.5% in 2022 during the seven-year period shown above. Since then, the annual growth rate has gradually declined, although Accenture has continued to increase its dividend every year, extending its record to 22 consecutive years.
Accenture shares have fallen 18.8% year-to-date, with the stock trading at $212.30. At the new quarterly dividend rate, the company is expected to distribute approximately $4 billion annually to shareholders through regular dividends.
