Hess Midstream LP (HESM) announced its fourth dividend hike for 2024 raising the quarterly dividend from $0.6677 to $0.6846 per share. This dividend yield for HESM is 7.6% and this marks the 7th consecutive year of increased dividends by the oil and gas midstream company.

Getty Realty (GTY) will hike its dividend by 4.4% in 2024. This marks 12 straight years of increases.

MSC Industrial Direct (MSM) hikes the quarterly dividend by 2.4% to 85 cents per share in 2024. This marks the 3rd consecutive year of increases by MSM.

Lockheed Martin (LMT) will hike its dividend by 4.8% to $3.30 quarterly per share in 2024. This marks 22 consecutive years of increases for LMT. Last year Lockheed hiked the dividend by 5.0%.

Northwest Natural hikes its quarterly dividend by 0.5%, marking 69 consecutive years of increases in 2024.

Thor Industries (THO) will hike its dividend by 4.2% to 50 cents quarterly per share in 2024. This marks 15 consecutive years of increases by the RV-maker. Last year Thor hiked its dividend by 6.7% to 48 cents quarterly.

Bank OZK (OZK) will hike its quarterly dividend by 2.5% to 41 cents per share in October 2024. This is the fourth hike in 2025 by the bank and marks 26 straight years of dividend growth.

RPM International hikes dividend by 10.9% to 51 cents quarterly per share. This marks 51 consecutive years of increases by RPM.

Starbucks (SBUX) will hike its quarterly dividend by 7% to 61 cents per share in 2024. This marks 14 consecutive years of increases.

Honeywell (HON) will hike its quarterly dividend by 4.6% in 2024. This marks 14 consecutive years of increases.
