Natural Grocers (NGVC) will pay a $1.00 per share special dividend in 2023. The ex-date is November 23, 2023. The regular quarterly dividend is 10 cents per share.

The owner of real estate leased to grocery and discount store chains in Sweden, Finland and Denmark started paying a monthly dividend in 2020.
