Franklin Resources raises dividend for 36th consecutive year

Franklin Resources, Inc. (BEN) will increase its dividend by 11.1%.

Franklin Resources will hike its quarterly dividend to $0.20 per share next year, marking 36 consecutive years of dividend increases for the investment management organization operating as Franklin Templeton Investments.

Based on a stock price of $39.46 the new $0.80 per share annual dividend translates into an estimated yield of 2% for Dividend Aristocrat Franklin Resources.
