Middlesex Water raises dividend for 43rd consecutive year
Middlesex Water Company (MSEX) will hike its dividend by 3.2%.
Middlesex Water, a provider of regulated and unregulated water and wastewater utility services in New Jersey, Delaware and Pennsylvania, will increase its quarterly dividend to $0.19875 per share.
The new annual dividend of $0.795 per share gives Middlesex Water an indicated dividend yield of 3% at the current stock price of $25.37.
Middlesex Water Company has raised it's dividend for 43 consecutive years now:
“This declaration represents the 43rd consecutive year we have raised the dividend,” said Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer Dennis W. Doll. “We’re pleased to share continued success with our shareholders. This action demonstrates our ongoing commitment as well as confidence in our ability to deliver improving shareholder value.”
