Owens Corning hikes dividend by 14.5%

On December 4, 2025, Owens Corning (OC) announced a 14.5% dividend increase, lifting its quarterly payout to $0.79 per share. With shares trading at $112, the updated dividend represents a forward yield of roughly 2.8%. Owens Corning has now recorded 11 consecutive years of dividend growth and is recognized as a member of the Dividend Heroes.

This year’s raise follows a 15% increase in 2024 and continues the company’s long trend of strong dividend growth. Owens Corning’s 5-year dividend CAGR is an exceptional 24.9%, one of the highest among large industrial dividend payers. Despite the steep growth, the stock has declined about 33% year-to-date. The ex-dividend date is January 5, 2026.
