Eastman Chemical hikes dividend by 1.2%

On December 4, 2025, Eastman Chemical (EMN) announced a 1.2% dividend increase, raising its quarterly payout to $0.84 per share. At a share price of $60.66, the new rate represents a forward yield of roughly 5.5%. This marks the company’s 16th consecutive year of dividend growth.

This year’s increase is Eastman’s smallest since 2009, the year in which no dividend hike occurred. Last year, the company raised its payout by 2.5%. Shares are down approximately 31.4% year-to-date, lifting the current yield well above long-term averages. The ex-dividend date is December 15, 2025.
