NNN Reit (NNN) hikes dividend by 3.4% to 60 cents quarterly per share in 2025. This marks 36 consecutive years of increases for the former National Retail Properties.

The owner of real estate leased to grocery and discount store chains in Sweden, Finland and Denmark started paying a monthly dividend in 2020.
