First Community Bankshares hikes dividend by 6.5%

First Community Bankshares (FCBC) raised its quarterly dividend on July 21, 2026, increasing the payout by 6.5% to $0.33 per share.

The increase follows a year without a dividend hike in 2025. Two years earlier, the company had extended its dividend growth streak to 13 consecutive years before pausing increases. Earlier in 2026, First Community Bankshares also returned additional capital to shareholders through a special dividend of $1.00 per share.

Based on a share price of $44.64, the regular dividend provides an annualized yield of approximately 3.0%. The ex-dividend date is August 7, 2026.
