Agree Realty hikes dividend by 2.3%

Agree Realty Corp (ADC) will hike its monthly dividend by 2.3% to 26.2 cents per share in Q4 of 2025. This is the second increase in 2025.

Agree Realty yields 4.2% at a stock price of $75. The dividend has been raised 13 consecutive years.
