BGSF pays $2.00 special dividend

On September 11, 2025, BGSF declared a $2.00 per share special dividend. The employment services comapny suspended its regular quarterly dividend in 2024.

BGSF, Inc. has announced a special cash dividend of $2.00 per share. This dividend was authorized by the Board of Directors as part of the capital allocation following the sale of the company's Professional Division.

The special dividend will be paid to shareholders on September 30, 2025 to shareholders of record on September 23, 2025. Last year BGSF suspended its regular quarterly dividend of 15 cents per share. The yield for the 2 dollar special dividend is 25.5% at a stock price of $7.85 for BGSF, formerly known as BG Staffing.
