PNC Financial Services hikes dividend by 6.2%
PNC Financial Services Group (PNC) will raise its quarterly dividend by 6.2% to $1.70 per share in 2025. This marks the 15th consecutive year of increases by PNC.
The dividend yield for PNC is 3.5% at a stock price of $196.57. The next ex-dividend date will be July 15, 2025. Last year PNC announced a smaller increase of 3.2% to $1.60 quarterly.
The dividend will be payable Aug. 5, 2025, to shareholders of record at the close of business July 15, 2025.
"The increase in our dividend reflects our continued financial strength and our board's confidence in our strategy and outlook," said William S. Demchak, PNC chairman and chief executive officer.
