HP Inc. (NYSE: HPQ) has declared a 5% increase in its quarterly dividend, continuing its streak of 14 consecutive years of dividend growth. The company, which has been paying dividends since 1989, remains committed to rewarding shareholders through consistent payouts.

Global Water Resources (GWRS) will hike the monthly dividend by 0.8% to $0.0253 per share. This marks the 8th consecutive year of increases.

Park Hotels & Resorts (PK) will pay a special dividend of $0.40 per share. The regular quarterly dividend is $0.25 per share and yields 6.4%. PK is known for its annual special dividend payments.

The York Water Company (YORW) will hike its dividend by 4% in 2024. This brings the track record to 28 consecutive years of increases. YORW has hiked the dividend by 4% for 8 consecutive years .

Universal Health Realty Income Trust (UHT) has announced its second small dividend hike in 2024 with yet another 0.7% increase to $0.735 quarterly per share. This marks 37 consecutive years of increased dividends for UHT.

United Bancorp Inc (UBCP)  will hike its quarterly dividend by another 1.4% to $0.18 per share in 2024. This is the fourth increase announced by the bank this year. The track record is 12 consecutive years of increases for UBCP.

RGC Resources hikes dividend by 3.7% in 2024; this marks 21 consecutive years of increases by RGCO.

Dividend Aristocrat Brown-Forman hikes dividend by 4% in 2024. This marks 41 consecutive years of increases by BF.

Dividend Hero Dillard´s (DDS) will pay a $25.00 per share special dividend in 2024. The special dividend will be paid on January 6, 2025. Dillard's has a strong dividend track record with 14 years of increases.

Stellar Bancorp hikes dividend by 7.7% in 2024. This is the first dividend hike by STEL since 2021.

Natural Grocers hikes dividend by 20% from 10 cents to 12 cents quarterly in 2024. NGVC also paid a special dividend in 2023.

GE Healthcare Announces First-Ever Dividend Increase of 16.7% in 2024. In a significant milestone for GE Healthcare Technologies, the company has announced its first-ever dividend increase for 2024. 

Matthews International hikes dividend by 4.2% in 2024. This marks 30 consecutive years of increases by MATW.

Vertiv hikes dividend by 500% to 3.75 cents quarterly per share in 2024. In 2020 VRT initiated a 1 cent annual dividend. This is the first quarterly dividend announced by VRT.

Patrick Industries , a leading company in the building products sector, has announced a 9.1% increase in its quarterly dividend for 2024. 

Spire Inc. (SR) will raise its quarterly dividend by 4,0 percent to 0.785 per share. The year 2024 will mark the 22nd consecutive year that the dividend has increased. Last year the company formerly known as Laclede hiked its dividend by 4.9 percent.

On November 14, 2024, Nike Inc. announced an 8.1% increase in its quarterly dividend. This marks the 23rd consecutive year of dividend growth for the company, continuing its track record of consistent dividend increases.

National Storage Affiliates Trust (NSA) has announced a 1.8% dividend hike to 57 cents quarterly per share. This brings the dividend track record to 9 consecutive years of increases.

Motorola Solutions hikes dividend by 11.2% in 2024. This marks 13 consecutive years of increases by MSI.

On november 13, 2024, Griffon Corporation (GFF) declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.18 per share, up 20% from the previous quarterly dividend of $0.15 quarterly per share. Griffon has now raised the dividend for 13 consecutive years and is one of the Dividend Heroes for 2024.

Amkor Technology, Inc. (AMKR) , a leading provider of semiconductor packaging and test services, today announced a 4.9% dividend increase and a special dividend . The dividend track record for Amkor stands at 4 consecutive years of increases.

Insteel Industries, Inc. (IIIN) will pay a special dividend of $1.00 per share in 2024.  Insteel is the nation's largest manufacturer of steel wire reinforcing products for concrete construction applications. Insteel manufactures and markets prestressed concrete strand and welded wire reinforcement, including engineered structural mesh, concrete pipe reinforcement and standard welded wire reinforcement. Insteel's products are sold primarily to manufacturers of concrete products that are used in nonresidential construction. Headquartered in Mount Airy, North Carolina, Insteel operates ten manufacturing facilities located in the United States.

Chord Energy (CHRD) will pay a special dividend of $0.19 per share in the fourth quarter of 2024. This is the fourth special dividend this year by the oil and gas company. The regular dividend yield is 3.88%.

Investors Title Co (ITIC) will pay a $14.00 per share special dividend in 2024. The regular quarterly dividend yield is 0.7%. ITIC pays annual special dividends.

Autoliv, Inc. (ALV) , the worldwide leader in automotive safety systems, will hike its quarterly dividend by 2.9% to 70 cents quarterly per share in 2024. The dividend track record improves to 3 straight years of increases.

On November 12, 2024, OUTFRONT Media Inc. (OUT) announced that its board of directors has approved a special dividend of $0.75 per share on the Company's common stock

Four Corners Property Trust (FCPT) will raise its quarterly dividend by 2.9% to $0.335 per share in 2024. This brings the dividend track record to 8 consecutive years of increases. FCPT has a 5.1% dividend yield.

ADP hikes dividend by 10% to $1.54 quarterly per share in 2024. This marks the 50th consecutive year of increases for ADP. In 2023 the dividend was hiked by 12%.

Aramark (ARMK) will raise its quarterly dividend by 10.5% in 2024. This is the first dividend hike since 2018 by the provider of food and facilities services. Last year Aramark lowered the dividend from 11 cents to 9.5 cents quarterly.

Air Lease Corporation (AL) will hike its quarterly dividend by 4.8% to 21 cents per share in 2024. This marks the 11th consecutive year of increases by the aircraft leasing company. 

Fidelity National Financial (FNF) will raise its dividend by 4.2 percent to $0.50 per share quarterly in 2024. This marks 13 consecutive years of increased dividends for FNF.

Snap-on Incorporated (SNA) will raise its quarterly dividend by another 15 percent to $2.14 per share in 2024. This marks the 15th consecutive year of increases by SNA. The dividend yield for SNA is 2.4%.

Becton Dickson (BDX) will increase its dividend by 9.5% to $1.04 quarterly per share in 2024. This is the 53rd year in a row that the medical technology company's dividend has been increased. Its the biggest dividend hike by BDX since 2016.

On November 7, 2024, Cogent Communications (CCOI) approved an increase of $0.01 per share to its regular quarterly dividend for a total of $0.995 per share for Q4 2024 as compared to $0.985 per share for Q3 2024 – Cogent's forty-ninth consecutive quarterly dividend increase. This brings the total dividend hike to 4.2% in 2024.

EOG Resources Inc. (EOG) will increase its quarterly dividend by 7.1% to 97.5 cents per share in 2024. This marks 7 consecutive year of increased dividends for the oil and gas producer.

Berry Corporation (BRY) announced a new fixed quarterly dividend of $0.03 per share, down 75% from the previous fixed dividend.

INSW will pay 4 special dividends in 2024 (image: company investor presentation) International Seaways (INSW) will pay a $1.20 per share special dividend in December 2024. This is the fourth special dividend this year for the oil and gas transportation services company.

On November 7, 2024, semiconductor company KLA Corporation (KLAC)  announced a 17.2% dividend hike to $1.70 quarterly per share. This marks the 15th consecutive year of increases by KLAC.

Utility company Evergy (EVRG) will hike its dividend by 3.9% to 0.6675 quarterly per share. This marks the 22nd consecutive year of increases. The dividend yield is 4.3% at a stock price of $62.51.

Semiconductor company Power Integrations (POWI) will raise its quarterly dividend by 5 percent to 21 cents per share Q4 of 2024. This marks 12 consecutive years of increased dividends. The dividend yield for POWI is 1.3% at a stock price of $66.30.

P&C insurance company RLI Corp (symbol RLI) has declared a $4.00 per share special dividend for 2024. This comes with now 49 consecutive years of increased dividends. The dividend yields 2.3%. The company also announced a stock split.

OTC Markets Group (OTC) will pay a special cash dividend of $1.50 per share of Class A common stock together with the quarterly cash dividend of $0.18 per share of Class A common stock. 

Dividend Aristocrat Automatic Data Processing (ADP) will hike its quarterly dividend from $1.40 to $1.54 per share in 2024. This marks 50 consecutive years of increased dividends by ADP. 

LancasterColony (LANC) will raise its quarterly dividend by 5 cents to $0.95 quarterly per share in 2024. This marks 62 consecutive years of increased dividends by the food processing company. 

Roper Technologies (ROP) will raise its quarterly dividend by 10% to $0.825 quarterly per share in 2024. This marks the 32 nd consecutive year of increased dividends by Roper. 

Texas Pacific Land Corporation (TPL) will raise its dividend by 36.8 percent to $1.60 quarterly per share in the fourth quarter of 2024. The dividend yield is 0.5%. TPL also paid a $10 per share special dividend this year.

Cencora Inc (COR) , the former AmerisourceBergen Corporation (ABC), will raise its quarterly dividend by 7.8% to a new record high of 55 cents quarterly. This brings the dividend track record to 20 consecutive years of increases. The dividend yield for COR is 0.88% with this 2024 dividend hike being the biggest since 2020 by the pharmaceutical sourcing and distribution services company.

Atmos Energy Corporation (ATO)  will increase its dividend by 8.1 percent to $0.87 quarterly per share in 2024. This will mark the 37th consecutive year of dividend increases by the utility company.

Insurance company American Financial Group, Inc. (AFG) will pay a second special dividend in 2024. Shareholders will receive a $4.00 per share special dividend in November, following a $2.50 per share special dividend paid in February.

Microchip Technology (MCHP) will raise its quarterly dividend by another 0.2 percent to $0.455 per share. This is the 4th small dividend hike in 2024 and marks 22 years in a row of increased dividends by the semiconductor company. Dividend growth however has slowed down for MCHP this year with a total increase of just 3.6%.

Weyco (WEYS) will pay a $2.00 per share special dividend in 2024. This comes after the footwear company had raised its dividend by 4% earlier this year. The regular dividend yields 2.7%.

Ryman Hospitality Properties ( RHP ) will raise its dividend by 4.5% $1.15 quarterly per share in 2024. This is the second consecutive year of increases.

Regency Centers Corp (REG) will raise its quarterly dividend by 5.2 percent to $0.705 per share in the first quarter of 2025. This marks the 11th consecutive year of dividend increases by the grocery anchored neighborhood and community shopping centers REIT.

Cognex hikes dividend by 6.7% in 2024.

AbbVie hikes dividend by 5.8% to $1.64 quarterly in 2024. This marks 53 consecutive years of increases by ABBV.

Simon Property Group (SPG) will hike its quarterly dividend by another 2.4 percent to $2.10 per share. This is the fourth dividend hike in 2024 by the retail REIT for a total increase of 10.1%.

Dividend Aristocrat  oil major  Exxon Mobil ( ticker XOM) will hike its dividend by 4.2 percent to $0.99 per share quarterly in 2024. This will mark 43 consecutive years of dividend increases by XOM.
