Altabancorp pays special dividend

Altabancorp (ALTA) will pay a special dividend of $0.46 per share in 2021. This comes after a dividend hike of 13.3 percent from $0.15 to $0.17 per share quarterly earlier this year.

ALTA will pay the special dividend of $0.46 per share on September 29 to shareholders of record on September 27. The ex-dividend date for ALTA's special dividend is September 24. The regular quarterly dividend for $ALTA is $0.17 per share and yields 1.7% at a stock price of $40.56.

Altabancorp, formerly People's Utah Bancorp, is a bank holding company. ALTA has branch locations from Preston, Idaho to St. George, Utah.
