Evercore hikes dividend by 11.5%

Evercore Inc., formerly Evercore Partners Inc., will raise its quarterly dividend by 11.5 percent to 68 cents per share in 2021. This follows a dividend hike of 5.2 percent to 61 cents per share in 2020 and marks the 13th year of consecutive dividend increases.

The next dividend will be paid on June 11, 2021 to common stockholders of record on May 28, 2021.  A new annualized rate of $2.72 per share yields 1.9% at a stock price of $141.
