National Fuel Gas raises dividend for 47th year

National Fuel Gas Company (NFG) will raise its dividend by 2.5 percent.

National Fuel will raise its quarterly dividend to $0.415 per share.

This dividend is payable July 14, 2017, to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 30, 2017.

National Fuel has paid dividends for 115 consecutive years and has increased its annual dividend for 47 straight years.

Year-to-date the stock has gained 5.2 percent, resulting in a current market cap of $5.1 billion for National Fuel Gas. The dividend yield is 2.8%.

Out of seven analysts tracking NFG, 2 rate it a 'buy' and 5 have a 'hold' recommendation.
