HCP raises dividend for 31st consecutive year

Dividend Aristocrat HCP (HCP) will hike its dividend by 1.8%.

HCP, a healthcare REIT, will increase the quarterly dividend to $0.575 per share, marking 31 consecutive years of dividend increases.

Based on a stock price of $35 HCP currently has an estimated dividend yield of 6.6%.

HCP is the only Real Estate Investment Trust in the S&P500 Dividend Aristocrats Index.
