AbbVie increases dividend by 11.8%

Dividend Aristocrat AbbVie (ABBV) will raise its quarterly dividend to $0.57 per share.

AbbVie has increased its dividend for 43 straight years, adjusted for the spinoff from Abbott Laboratories. In 2013 AbbVie started paying it's first dividend after the seperation from Abott Labs.

It's the second dividend increase for AbbVie in 2015. In February the dividend was already hiked by 4.1%. The total dividend increase for 2015 now is 16.3% for Dividend Aristocrat AbbVie.

At a current stock price of $54.10 the indicated dividend yield for AbbVie is 4.2%.
