Delta Air Lines reinstates $0.10 per share quarterly dividend in 2023

Delta Air Lines' (DAL) Board of Directors today declared a quarterly dividend of $0.10 per share. The dividend is payable to shareholders of record as of the close of business on July 17, 2023, and will be paid on August 7, 2023. This resumption of Delta's quarterly dividend following the suspension of the program in March 2020 reflects Delta's progress on its three-year financial plan, including over $10 billion of debt repayment over the last two years. The new annual dividend rate of $0.40 per share will yield 0.93% at a stock price of $42.79. Delta Airlines is a major airline company based in the United States, operating a network of domestic and international flights, providing passenger and cargo transportation services. Delta reinstated its quarterly dividend in 2023.

Ark Restaurants reinstates dividend

Ark Restaurants (ARKR) announced today that it will reinstate its quartery dividend with a planned 12.5 cent per share payment in Q2 of 2022. The restaurant operator suspended the dividend in the summer of 2020. The new 12.5 cent is 50% less than the dividend paid in 2022 before the suspension. The Company announced today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.125 per share to be paid on June 13, 2022 to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 31, 2022. The annual dividend rate of 50 cents yields 2.9% at a stock price of $17.14. Ark Restaurants owns and operates 17 restaurants and bars, 17 fast food concepts and catering operations primarily in New York City, Florida, Washington, D.C, Las Vegas, Nevada and the gulf coast of Alabama. Psychemedics reinstates dividend

Psychemedics Corporation (PMD), the world’s largest provider of hair testing for drugs of abuse, today announced that it has declared a cash dividend of $0.05 per share to be paid on December 30th, 2021 to shareholders of record as of December 20th, 2021. As the record shows, the Company paid 94 consecutive dividends (23 ½ years) through the first quarter of 2020, even during the financial crisis in 2008. However, because of the COVID pandemic, the dividend was suspended during 2020 and 2021 thus far as the Company prioritized its liquidity and balance sheet. PVH reinstates dividend

Apparel company PVH Corp. (PVH) will start paying its 3.75 cents per share quarterly dividend again. In 2020 PVH had suspended its quarterly dividend because of the COVID-19 pandemic. The owner of Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger did not hike its dividend since 1992 with investors receiving a dividend of 15 cents annually for almost three decades prior to the suspension last year. The next PVH dividend is payable on December 17,2021 to stockholders of record on November 24, 2021. The Company announced in June 2021 its intention to reinstate itscash dividend. The $0.15 per share annual dividend rate yields 0.1% at a stock price of $123. PVH Corp. is a global apparel company.
