Delta Air Lines Inc. (DAL) lifted its quarterly dividend on June 18, 2026, increasing the payout by 14.7% to $0.215 per share .

Delta Air Lines hikes dividend by 25%

Delta Air Lines (DAL) will raise its quarterly dividend by 25% to $0.1875 per share in 2025. This marks the second consecutive year with a double digit dividend hike by DAL.

Delta Air Lines reinstates $0.10 per share quarterly dividend in 2023

Delta Air Lines' (DAL) Board of Directors today declared a quarterly dividend of $0.10 per share. The dividend is payable to shareholders of record as of the close of business on July 17, 2023, and will be paid on August 7, 2023. This resumption of Delta's quarterly dividend following the suspension of the program in March 2020 reflects Delta's progress on its three-year financial plan, including over $10 billion of debt repayment over the last two years. The new annual dividend rate of $0.40 per share will yield 0.93% at a stock price of $42.79. Delta Airlines is a major airline company based in the United States, operating a network of domestic and international flights, providing passenger and cargo transportation services. Delta reinstated its quarterly dividend in 2023.

Delta Air suspends dividend

Delta Air Lines (DAL) will suspend its quarterly dividend. This will end 6 consecutive years of dividend increases by the air transportation company. Delta Air had raised its dividend by double digits in each of the last six years. In 2019 the company hiked its dividend by 15.0 percent and bought back 6.0 percent of its shares outstanding. In order to preserve liquidity, Delta has suspended its capital return program, including the company's stock repurchase program and the Board's suspension of future dividend payments. 'The growing need to protect Delta's future has led to difficult decisions across our business that are impacting all of our stakeholders,' said Delta CEO Ed Bastian in the company's press release announcing that Delta has obtained a $2.6 billion credit facility and will suspend its dividend and buybacks. Delta Air hikes dividend by 15%

Delta Air Lines (DAL) will raise its quarterly dividend by 15.0 percent to $0.4025 per share in 2019. This follows last year's 14.8 percent dividend hike and marks the 6th consecutive year of dividend increases by the air transportation company. The next dividend will be payable to shareholders of record as of the close of business on July 25, 2019, to be paid on August 15, 2019. A new annual rate of $1.61 per share yields 2.6% at a stock price of $61.66.
