Leifheit keeps total dividend at €1.20 with lower base payout

Leifheit AG (LEI) announced a total dividend of €1.20 per share for the 2025 financial year on March 24, consisting of a regular dividend of €0.50 and a special dividend of €0.70. The shares will trade ex-dividend on June 4, 2026, with payment scheduled for June 8, 2026.

The total dividend remains unchanged compared to last year at €1.20 per share and represents the highest payout in the company’s history. However, the regular dividend has been reduced significantly, down 56.4% from €1.15 paid last year. Including the special dividend, there is no year-over-year decrease in the total payout, but excluding it, the dividend has been cut.
