Corteva (CTVA) cuts dividend by 72.2% following corporate split
Corteva (CTVA) announced a 72.2% reduction in its quarterly dividend from $0.18 to $0.05 per share on October 23, 2026. However, the sharp reduction follows the spin-off of seed company Vylor (VYLR), completed on October 1. The two companies' new regular quarterly dividends total $0.18 per original Corteva share , matching the payout before the separation.
