This marks the bank’s 12th consecutive year of dividend growth. It is also the second increase in 2025, bringing the full-year dividend growth to approximately 5%. CSB Bancorp’s long-term dividend expansion remains steady, with a 5-year CAGR of 7.7%.
The ex-dividend date is December 2, 2025. With a measured multi-year growth profile and consistent annual raises, CSBB continues its pattern of regular payout expansion. Earlier this year CSBB already hiked its dividend by 2.5%.
