Sun Communities hikes dividend by 10.6%

On June 4, 2025, Sun Communities (SUI) announced that it will hike its quarterly dividend by 10.6% to $1.04 per share. This marks 9 consecutive years of increases by SUI.

Earlier this year SUI also paid a $4.00 per share special dividend. At a stock price of $124.44 the regular dividend yield is 3.3%. The REIT focused on manufactured housing and RV communities declared a Q2 2025 dividend of $1.04 per share, payable July 15 to shareholders on record as of June 30.
