Global Medical REIT cuts dividend by 28.6%

Global Medical REIT (GMRE) will cut its quarterly dividend by 28.6% to 15 cents per share in 2025. The last dividend hike was announced in 2022 with a 2.4% increase. 

At a stock price of $6.36 the dividend yield for GMRE is 9.5%. The next ex-date is June 20, 2025.
