Mid-America Apartment Communities hikes dividend by 3.1% to $1.515 quarterly

Mid-America Apartment Communities, Inc., or MAA (NYSE: MAA), today announced that its board of directors approved a quarterly dividend payment of $1.515 per share of common stock to be paid on January 31, 2025, to shareholders of record on January 15, 2025.
The increase will raise the annualized dividend payment 3.1% to $6.06 per share of common stock and represents the 15th consecutive year MAA has increased its dividend to shareholders.
