Evi Industries (EVI) will pay a $0.31 per share special dividend in 2024. This is the second consecutive year with a special dividend by the commercial laundry equipment provider.

The owner of real estate leased to grocery and discount store chains in Sweden, Finland and Denmark started paying a monthly dividend in 2020.
