Booz Allen Hamilton hikes dividend by 16.2%
Booz Allen Hamilton Corp (BAH) will raise its quarterly dividend by 16.2 percent to 43 cents per share in 2022, marking 10 straight years of increased dividends. BAH hiked its dividend by 19.4 percent in 2021.
The consulting and engineering services company will pay its next dividend on March 2, 2022, to stockholders of record on February 11, 2022. A new annual dividend rate of $1.72 per share yields 2.3% at a stock price of $75.25.
Booz Allen Hamilton Holding Corporation has now announced a double digit dividend hike in each of the last 10 years with special dividends payments also being paid in the first years. The company will now pay an estimated annual dividend of $230 million to shareholders.
