American Tower (AMT) will raise its quarterly dividend by 6.1 percent to $1.39 per share. This is the fourth increase announced in 2021 and marks the 9st consecutive year of dividend increases by AMT. The new dividend yield for AMT is 2.0% at a stock price of $279.
