Regions Financial hikes dividend by 9.7%
The Regions Financial Corporation (RF) will raise its quarterly dividend by 9.7 percent to 17 cents per share in 2021. This comes after a dividend hike of 10.7 percent to $0.155 per share in the third quarter of 2019. This marks the 9th consecutive year of annual dividend increases by the commercial bank.
The new dividend is payable on October 1, 2021, to stockholders of record at the close of business on September 3, 2021. The new annual dividend of 62 cents per share yields 3.6% at a stock price of $19.44.
