First Foundation hikes dividend by 28.6%

First Foundation Inc. (FFWM) will raise its quarterly dividend by 28,6 percent to 9 cents per share in 2021. Last year the dividend was hiked by 40.0 percent to $0.07 per share. The company initiated a quarterly dividend of five cents two years ago.

The next dividend will be paid on February 15, 2021 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on February 2, 2021. The annualized dividend of 36 cents yields an estimated 1.7% at a stock price of $20,50.
