OTC Markets Group pays special dividend

OTC Markets Group (OTC) will pay a special cash dividend of $0.65 per share of Class A common stock together with the quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per share of Class A common stock. 

The special dividend is payable on December 4, 2019 to stockholders of record on November 20, 2019. The ex-dividend date is November 19, 2019. The quarterly cash dividend is payable on December 19, 2019 to stockholders of record on December 5, 2019.  The ex-dividend date is December 4, 2019.
