H.B. Fuller increases dividend for 47th consecutive year

H.B. Fuller Company (FUL) will raise its dividend by almost 8%.


The producer of adhesives, sealants and other specialty chemical products will increase its quarterly dividend to 14 cents per share, marking 47 consecutive years of dividend increases.

The dividend is payable on May 5, 2016, to shareholders of record at the close of business on April 21, 2016.

H.B. Fuller currently has an indicated dividend yield of 1.3% based on Thursday's closing price of $42.75 per share.
