Kimberly-Clark increases dividend for 44th consecutive year

Dividend Aristocrat Kimberly-Clark (KMB) will raise its dividend by 4.5%.

The quarterly dividend will be hiked to $0.92 per share, marking 44 consecutive years of dividend increases.

The board of directors declared the dividend payable on April 4, 2016 to stockholders of record on March 4, 2016. This is the 44th consecutive year Kimberly-Clark has raised its dividend and the 82nd straight year the company has paid dividends.

The indicated dividend yield for Kimberly-Clark is 2.9% based on Thursday's closing price of $126.42.
