H.B. Fuller will raise its quarterly dividend by 8,3%, marking 46 years of dividend increases.
H.B. Fuller, a leading global adhesives provider focusing on perfecting adhesives, sealants and other specialty chemical products, will raise it's quarterly dividend from $0,12 to $0,13 per share.
It's the 46th consecutive year in which H.B. Fuller (NYSE:FUL) has increased its dividend. In 2014 the stock lost 14%, while year to date the stock is down about 4% as of March 31st.
Based on a current stock price of $43,04 the new annual dividend of $0,52 per share translates into a dividend yield of 1,2%.
The new $0,13 quarterly dividend is payable on May 7, 2015, to shareholders of record at the close of business on April 23, 2015.
