Praxair increases dividend for 22nd consecutive year

Industrial gases company Praxair will raise its quarterly dividend by 10%.

Praxair (NYSE: PX) will raise its quarterly dividend by 10% to $0,715 per share, marking 22 years of consecutive dividend increases.

Based on today's stock price of $124,47 for Praxair the higher dividend represents an annualized yield of 2,3%.

“Praxair’s ability to increase its annual dividend for the twenty-second consecutive year is a direct result of our disciplined approach to capital investments and our commitment to drive strong operating cash flow,” said Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer Steve Angel.
