HCP increases dividend for 30th consecutive year

Dividend Aristocrat HCP will raise its quarterly dividend by 3,7%.

The quarterly dividend will be hiked from $0,545 to $0,565 per share, marking 30 years of consecutive dividend increases.

Real Estate Investment Trust HCP (NYSE: HCP) is part of the currently 53 Dividend Aristocrats that are part of S&P's Dividend Aristocrats Index.
